Common Questions

CinderACE isn't detecting my conversation

Make sure you're on a supported platform with a conversation open. Try refreshing the page and waiting a few seconds before clicking Export. Some platforms lazy-load messages — scroll up to load the full history first.

How do I recover my Pro license on a new device?

Log into your KFS account through the extension's Settings page or at kindledflamestudios.com/account. Your Pro license is tied to your account, not your device — logging in reactivates it instantly.

I forgot my password

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" — a reset link will be sent to your email. The link expires in 1 hour.

Where are my thinking chains?

Thinking chains must be enabled on the AI platform first. For Claude, turn on "extended thinking." For DeepSeek, use "DeepThink." If the platform didn't generate thinking blocks in that conversation, there won't be any to extract.

Can I get a refund?

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Email support@kindledflamestudios.com with your account email and we'll work it out.

How do I delete my account?

Log in at kindledflamestudios.com/account, scroll to the bottom, and use the "Delete My Account" option in the Danger Zone. This permanently removes all account and license data.

Is my data safe?

CinderACE processes everything locally in your browser. Your conversations never touch our servers. Cloud exports go directly from your browser to your own Google Drive, Dropbox, or Notion account. Read our full privacy policy for details.
